Just a quick first month update.
Many more pounds to go
So after hard work and dedication I am thrilled to say I have lost 30lbs in the first month.
By no means does that bring me anywhere near a healthy weight, but it brings me closer. The first two weeks were a bit of a pain. I was ravenouse most of the time no matter how much i ate. Eventually I started to feel more satiated.
It's no easy task I'll admit. There is constant temptation all around. Sometimes people just don't get it and offer you things you shouldn't consume. You just have to stick to it no matter what. I'm pretty sure any random motivational quote can inspire you.
I'm pretty aware everybody needs a different type of motivation. The thing that motivates me and keeps me sticking to eating properly is getting those around me to do the same as well. When i have someone there for me to watch and push through eating properly, it makes things easier for me. So basically my motivation is motivating those around me.
